Alyson Breisch, MSN, RN, FCN
Alyson has a post-master’s certificate in health and nursing ministries from Duke University, and has taught health ministries and faith community nursing for the past ten years. She also is a Commissioned Minister of Congregational Health and serves as a Faith Community Nurse at the United Church of Chapel Hill, NC. Alyson serves on the Health Ministries Association, Inc. National Board as the Director of Practice and Education and was the Chair of the 2010 Work Group for the Scope and Standards of Practice for Faith Community Nursing. Alyson lives in Durham, North Carolina, with her husband where she works as a health education consultant.
